On March 16, 2026, in Łódź, TOR Transport Consultants Group and the rynek-kolejowy.pl portal are organizing Poland's second High-Speed Rail Congress – Realizng Poland's Potential. The event's agenda is devoted to the prospects for the development of high-speed rail in Poland in terms of rolling stock and infrastructure, as well as financing, regulation, and state policy.
The Congress will also include the 13th European Rolling Stock Forum. This event is the largest and most prestigious event in Central and Eastern Europe devoted to modern rolling stock. This year's agenda will also cover the infrastructure for high-speed railways and the development strategy for this sector in Poland, both in the area of design and construction, as well as rolling stock for high-speed railways.
Every year, we host a large group of domestic and foreign companies at the European Rolling Stock Forum. In previous years, we have been visited by representatives of, among others, DG MOVE from the European Commission, the European Parliament, Polish and foreign governments, as well as Ukrainian Railways, German Railways, Lithuanian Railways, Hungarian Railways, Romanian Railways, Montenegrin Railways, and the directors general of UIC and UNIFE, key European organizations involved in the railway industry. The event was also attended by city mayors, representatives of the scientific community, representatives of companies supplying vehicles, components and technical solutions, as well as representatives of carriers and regional governments purchasing rolling stock. The conference is therefore an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with the broadly understood rolling stock market, not only in Poland.
*simultaneous translation (English-Polish) will be provided throughout the event
